Shoulder Pain Class

Dr. Runco presents this one hour class. Many people think of the rotator cuff when it come to shoulder pain. Althougth the four muscles that make up the rotator cuff group may be a factor in your pain, there are an additional 20 plus muscles that attach to the shoulder girdle that can also be contributing to your problem. Another factor could be improper exercises being performed at the gym. A substantial amount of shoulder pain seen in our office is due to improper exercises.
