Fee Schedule

A "New Patient Exam" is $125 for a 30-45 minute appt (depending on the diagnosis) where the Dr. discusses a detailed patient history, your current work and exercise/training routine, does a complete hands-on physical exam (specific to your injury or issue of choice), explains his findings/your diagnosis in easy to understand terms, and recommends a course of treatment. At that time, the patient is also offered the option of having their first treatment immediately following their exam, thus saving another trip to the office.

A "Treatment" is $67 for a 15-30 minute appt, which includes any necessary forms of treatment depending on the various types of modalities the doctor will need to do for that patient's particular issue. Often the appointments require less time as the patient's condition improves/resolves completely. A type of specialty tape used for certain conditions is not covered in the $67 visit. (Kinesiotape is an additional $10 if required for your condition, and optional. Often the Doctor prescribes a home therapy stim unit. This is a $30 weekly rental fee and must be held with a credit card.)

A "Pre-Paid Package" is a great way to save money for the same treatment as listed above. When the Dr. recommends a certain number of visits in order to fix a condition (usually anywhere from 4 to 8 visits) depending on the severity of the condition and the length of time the person has suffered with their issue, the patient has the option of paying for all recommended visits at the first treatment appointment (not the New Patient Exam) and receive each “Treatment” for only $60. A savings of $7.00 per treatment. The pre-paid appointments also include tape, regardless of amount used. (Also, since patients sometimes have a complete recovery before the total number of pre-paid treatments are used, any unused treatments will be completely refunded in cash.)

An “Emergency Appointment” is $75 for existing patients, or $100 for an existing patient with a new issue requiring diagnosis in addition to treatment. An Emergency Appointment is any appointment outside of the normal business hours. This includes Friday and Saturday appointments.

Payment Options

For the convenience of our patients, we accept M/C, Visa, Debit cards, Checks, and Cash as forms of payment. We are unable to take any other types of credit cards. Payment is due in full at the end of each appointment.

Insurance Options

Patients with PPO Insurance coverage or Out-of-Network benefits may be reimbursed with the receipt our office provides. However please NOTE: Dr. Runco is NOT “In-Network” with any insurance company. Therefore, we do not verify insurance coverage, take co-payments, bill insurance, or accept insurance assignments at any New Patient Visits. If a patient wants to verify reimbursement before being treated, they need to contact their insurance company directly. Be sure to ask if you have “OUT-of-Network Chiropractic coverage” and “what your deductible will be.” Also confirm the Claims Mailing Address for direct Patient Reimbursement. Bring your insurance card to your appointment and we'll show you how easy it is to submit for reimbursement directly back to you the patient.
